Relaxation Blend

Prenatal Blend

This type of massage focuses on alleviating common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and tension. The techniques used in prenatal massage are specifically adapted to accommodate the growing belly and sensitive areas, ensuring that both you and your baby remain comfortable and safe.

Pressure is Light to Medium. Added lavender scalp scrub. Massage is side-lying. No 1st trimester, please!

Postnatal Blend

After giving birth, many women experience various discomforts, such as back pain, muscle tension, and fatigue, which can be alleviated through skilled massage techniques. A postnatal massage typically aims to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation, helping to restore balance and ease in the body.
